The Super Chill chat cards help to talk in a playful manner about everything that’s going on in that little noggin. Chatting about what you feel, what you think and how you deal with difficult things, helps to hold your noggin high. These colourful but educational cards were developed by pedagogues, psychologists, children and talking polar bears (okay, not by talking polar bears, but by the others).

Start the conversation

The questions are made for children, but it is way more fun if the grown-ups answer them too. Have a good old chat together. You can easily grab a card: at the dinner table, after brushing your teeth or maybe even at the top of the slide. Oh, and definitely ask your favourite question a lot: why?

Help children recognize emotions better

By talking about feelings, your child learns that emotions are allowed to be there, but they also pass. This strengthens their self-confidence, increases their sense of control, and makes it easier to find solutions together.
