Helping kids fall asleep better

Trouble sleeping often doesn’t begin at bedtime — it starts during the day. A noisy classroom, busy schedules, lots of emotions… little minds can stay full long after the lights go out. On this page, you’ll find out why and how Super Chill can help children process the impressions of the day, so they can settle down more easily — and sleep more peacefully!
Playful

Help to wind down gently

Super Chill offers simple and playful wind-down moments. Calming movement exercises, breathing exercises, or imagining a quiet place — just what little brains need before bed.

“Exercises like those on Super Chill can, for example, help to better cope with difficulties falling asleep or stressful situations. It is important to use the app in a relaxed manner and without pressure, meaning that as a parent or caregiver, you bring the calm and patience, understanding that it doesn't have to work perfectly the first time.“
Prof. Dr. Nina Kolleck Professor of Education

"A favorite exercise of Marlene (9 years) and me is the Wishing Tree. We‘ve often done it together before falling asleep. You imagine lying under a tree and thinking about your biggest wish. Then a bird comes and takes this wish with it. Marlene often told me her wishes afterward, and that way I also learned new things about her."
Erik (father of Marlene)

Pippa, 8 years old

Mummy, when I get my shot tomorrow, will I have time beforehand to do some Super Chill exercises? Last night in bed I held on to my thumb the whole time. I didn't believe it would work but it did work.

Erik, father

We had a bit of trouble falling asleep. Marlene (9 years) often had stomach aches in the evenings. Then we tried Super Chill, and the exercises helped us quite a bit with falling asleep, and since then we've stuck with it.
