Partnership & PR Manager — UK & Ireland

Employment Type: Full-time (32-40 hours). Freelance possible.

About Us

At Super Chill Foundation, we believe mental resilience is the cornerstone of a resilient life. We are dedicated to strengthening resilience in children from the age of 6 through playful exercises, a free and ad-free interactive app, chat cards, dream journal and a vibrant brand experience. Following our April 2024 rebrand, we’ve grown rapidly to 170,000+ downloads and are on a mission to reach 10 million children across Europe. You’ll join a creative, entrepreneurial team based in Amsterdam (NOA Collective at the Impact Palace), with a strong focus on impact at scale. While strategic direction is centralized in Amsterdam, you will drive Partnerships and PR in the UK & Ireland to accelerate market traction. The Super Chill Foundation is co-founded and funded by the 10% profit-pledge of Rituals Cosmetics.

Role Summary

As Partnership & PR Manager for the UK & Ireland, you own the pipeline and activation of high-impact partnerships and earned media that drive awareness, credibility, and eventually app downloads. You bring a strong existing network of brands that already have a big reach that we could use to leverage for Super Chill. The good thing is, we’re not necessarily looking for money or funding, we want reach. We have amazing interactive content that is freely accessible, and we are looking for partners that help us to reach the caregivers and their children. You are a proactive dealmaker and storyteller who translates our mission into compelling collaborations and PR narratives tailored to the UK and Irish context. You’ll work closely with our Amsterdam HQ across brand, content, product, and growth to localize campaigns and deliver measurable results.

Key Objectives (first 12 months)

  • Build a qualified partnership pipeline and close strategic deals that drive the awareness and adoption of Super Chill.
  • Secure consistent, high-quality earned media across UK & Irish outlets that meaningfully grows reach and downloads.
  • Localize and execute PR and partnership activations aligned with HQ brand/growth plans.
  • Establish Super Chill as a credible, mission-led voice in children’s mental resilience in the UK & Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • Partnerships
    • Identify, vet, pitch, and negotiate partnerships with brands, education networks, NGOs, (youth) sports and community organisations, family/parenting brands, and relevant corporates with CSR agendas.
    • Build multi-tier partnerships (awareness, distribution, co-branded programs, pilot-to-scale pathways).
    • Define mutual value propositions, KPIs, and activation plans and manage partners.
    • Own partner pipeline, forecasting, and performance tracking. Deliver on monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Public Relations
    • Develop and execute a UK & Ireland PR calendar: story angles, data moments, expert commentary, case studies, and seasonal hooks (e.g., back-to-school, Children’s Mental Health Week).
      • Including managing a (still to setup) local PR consultant.
    • Pitch and place coverage across national, regional, education, parenting, health, and lifestyle media; maintain strong journalist and editor relationships.
    • Coordinate spokesperson prep, media briefings, op-eds, and thought leadership with HQ.
    • Monitor and report on PR performance (impressions, SOV, quality of coverage, downstream impact on downloads/brand metrics).
  • Market Enablement and Localisation
    • Feed local insights to HQ to adapt messaging, content, and lightweight assets for UK & Ireland.
    • Support localized events and community activations with partners; represent Super Chill at relevant events.
    • Ensure brand consistency and safeguarding/ethical standards across all local executions.
  • Data, Reporting, and Collaboration
    • Use analytics to assess campaign and partnership ROI; test-and-learn to improve conversion from awareness to downloads and recurring use.
    • Provide regular reporting to HQ on pipeline, media coverage, KPIs, risks, and opportunities.
    • Collaborate with HQ Growth/Brand/Product on co-marketing, content, social, and lifecycle initiatives to amplify local impact.

What great looks like

  • You close a portfolio of 8–15 high-value partners within 12 months, with clear activation plans and measurable download/usage impact.
  • You deliver steady Tier 1 and Tier 2 media coverage with strong message pull-through and brand credibility.
  • You demonstrate increasing efficiency (lower CPA via partner/PR channels) and scalable playbooks for UK & Ireland.

Experience and Expertise
