Who do these terms apply to
These terms apply to anyone ordering physical Super Chill Chat Cards through our website.

What does it cost
You can order a maximum of 3 sets per address.
One set costs €6.42 (production cost).
Shipping costs per order are €4.25.
Payment is made in advance using the payment methods available on our website.

How quickly will I receive my cards
We ship your order within 10 working days to the provided address (within the UK and Ireland only).

Not satisfied? You may return your order
You have 14 days to reconsider after receiving your order.
If you let us know within those 14 days that you’d like to return it, you then have another 14 days to send it back. You’ll receive a full refund (including shipping costs) once we’ve received the cards in good condition.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Email us at info@superchill.org with your order details to request a return.

When will you not receive a refund
If the cards are damaged or clearly used, we may withhold (part of) the refund.
